JAY DACE, CPA

is President and CFO of Dace & Dace. Joining Dace & Dace in June 2003 as Treasurer and Operations Manager, Jay worked previously as a CPA for PricewaterhouseCoopers for seven years and brings this financial base and background to Dace's infrastructure. Four years were served in the Business Assurance practice and three years with the Corporate Bankruptcy Consulting group. Jay received his B.B.A. in accounting and finance from Texas Christian University followed soon by his CPA licensing. He and his wife, Erin, reside in Dallas, TX. He enjoys playing soccer, watching baseball, and spending time with his friends and family.

ROBERT "ROB" ROGERS

is Sales Manager for the Agency, bringing 30 years experience in Industrial Sales as a Manufacturers Rep and also in Distributor Sales. In this capacity, Rob assists the Sales force in meeting and exceeding the needs of customers, prospects and the Agency's Principals. Rob's BS Degree in Business Administration is from Indiana University; he resides in Grapevine, TX with his wife, Mary.

LIONEL DACE

the founder of Dace & Dace, Inc. now serves as Consultant and advisor to the Dace & Dace sales people and managers. His extensive background in manufacturing and marketing led to his instinctive approach to forming Dace & Dace, Inc. in which he worked for 35 years as Sales Representative, President, and CEO at different times. His present situation allows a bit of time for golf, his favorite pastime, and some leisure.

SPENCER DACE

began his training in 1990 working inside sales and customer service. His present territory includes Corpus Christi, south to the Texas/Mexican border. Being bi-lingual, he sells in Mexico, south to Monterrey from his home on the border. Spencer received his BA in Spanish and Latin American Studies from Stephen F. Austin University. He lives in McAllen, Texas, with his family of four boys.

DAVE McGINNIS

is based in Dallas-Fort Worth with a territory which consists of key accounts in the area as well as West and North Texas. Dave has years of experience selling "made to print" component parts, assemblies, and equipment to the OEM. These years of experience make him an invaluable asset to Dace & Dace and its Principals. He is a graduate of Georgia State University with a BS in Urban Economics. He and his wife, Jane, live in Valley Ranch.

PEDRO CHAVIRA

is bi-lingual and his native language is Spanish. He serves customers in his territory which consists of Juarez and Chihuahua, Mexico, Southwest Texas (El Paso), and New Mexico. Pedro has a degree in Electromechanical Engineering from the Technological Institute of Chihuahua, Mexico. Pedro is single and lives in Juarez, Mexico.

THOMAS SEIDEL

is based in Houston with a territory that spans the central part of Texas from San Antonio eastward through southern Louisiana. Thomas has a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington. Having owned a manufacturing facility for several years, Thomas' experience in engineering and R & D is definitely an asset to Dace & Dace, as well as our principals and customers.

Our Support Staff

Our support staff works in our Richardson office and supports our salesmen in the field as well as managing our Inside Sales program.

BETTY WISDOM

supervises the Inside Sales/Customer Service Activities. Working with the Inside Sales Staff, she is directly responsible for Inside Sales and Service in the Dace & Dace territories. Betty joined Dace & Dace in June 2000 and spearheaded the Inside Sales program in April 2001. In previous employment, she was awarded the Customer Service Representative of the Year. She resides in Richardson, TX with her daughter Megan.

NOREEN JANICK

Inside Sales Rep, has background in the area of Customer Service, most recently in the procurement area of a large telecom company, as well as liaison work with them. Although a native of New York, she has lived 20+ years in Texas. With Dace and Dace, Inc. she is now establishing contact and dialogue with customers, Outside Sales Reps, Principals and others in her position. Noreen lives in the Dallas area.

SARAH JONES

has been with Dace & Dace since 1996 in a part-time capacity and acts as the Office Manager. In addition to handling communications between agency personnel, principals, and customers, Sarah supervises the computer entry of orders and invoices from which the agency sales, revenues, and commissions by principal/customer/salesman emanate. Sarah lives in Richardson with her husband, Paul. She has two daughters.
